How does the automatic photo and video upload work?

The automatic photo and video upload saves photos and videos from your smartphone camera directly to your GMX Cloud app’s file storage. You can enable the automatic upload in the app settings – we recommend synchronising exclusively using WiFi to save your mobile data. The photo nad video upload automatically synchronises photos and videos the first time you start the app, and then continually once you take them. They can be accessed through the GMX Cloud.

Why doesn’t the automatic photo and video upload work?

Ensure that automatic photo and video upload is activated in the app settings – either through the GMX Cloud app or the GMX Mail app if you have it. Synchronisation will take place immediately once the app is activated.
