The 37-year-old golfer – who has three children with wife Brittany Nelson – won the BMW PGA Championship in Surrey last month and he admitted he enjoys being in the UK so much, he expects he'll splash out on a "little place" to spend his summers there in the future.
He told Golf Monthly magazine: "I do enjoy coming over here. I enjoy all parts of the UK.
"I do fancy London, especially Surrey.
"I've made some great friends over here that I hang out with when I come over.
"As I've told people over the years, it wouldn't shock me if somewhere down the road I do buy a little place and spend some time over here in the summer when my kids are grown up and out of the house."
And Billy finds the reception he always receives at UK tournaments "heartwarming" and he's "thrilled" to have picked up so many fans.
He said: "It's heartwarming, it really is.
"I believe that I've shown the appreciation to come over here.
"I've made the effort and shown how much I love it over here.
"I appreciate the fans and all the support, and in return they have given me tons of love, whether it's here or at The Open.
"The support I receive when I come over here is really second to none.
"I'm thrilled they have taken me under their wing."
