The boxing icon will return to the ring against the YouTuber for a bout on November 15 and explained that he will approach the professional fight aggressively.
Tyson told talkSPORT: "Whoever is in that ring has a problem with me. If my mother stepped into the ring she has a problem with me. Don't go in that ring if you don’t want that problem.
"I see him running around and I have to try and catch him and slaughter him.
"He’s a good little fighter but he’s only had ten fights which is considered as an amateur in our field."
Tyson's decision to return to the ring at the age of 58 has caused controversy but he previously hit out at the "jealous" critics of the event.
'Iron Mike' told Jake's brother Logan Paul on the 'Impaulsive' podcast: "If you think I'm too old for this fight, you need to come tell me to my face.
"This is all about jealousy. They wish they could do it. They can't. They can't do it, they're out there making up crazy b******* but they wish so bad they were in our position. They wish so bad they could take care of their families the way we can.
"The way people yell our names. They're world champions. No one knows their names. The s*** talkers get all the money, the s*** talkers get all the attention, the s*** talkers get everything. We get a bad rap, but we also get everything else."
Tyson did admit that he is feeling "nervous" about stepping into the ring against the social media star.
He said: "All fighters are nervous, all athletes are nervous. I'm not going to let anyone tell me because I'm nervous I'm afraid, because I've been nervous my whole career and I've been very successful."
