UFC president White has unveiled plans for his new TKO boxing promotion - which would adopt a similar model to the Ultimate Fighting Championship - alongside WWE president Nick Khan, and Saudi chief Turki Alalshikh.
Usyk told Al Arabiya News: “I am not against it, but I haven’t been invited to participate in this league.
"But if such a proposal comes through, my team and I will seriously consider it."
The new promotion is expected to launch later this year with a huge fight between Terence Crawford and Canelo Alveraz, with further plans for four 'mega events' over the next couple of years.
The boxing world has had a mixed reaction to the news, but Usyk has insisted it's important the sports continues to innovate.
He added: "Amazing, amazing idea. I think His Excellency is doing a lot for the sport.
"It is wonderful that new initiatives are created and I support it. Many people think things may not work, but it is important to do new things. Always."
Eddie Hearn recently hit back at UFC president White's claims about The Sweet Science.
The MMA promoter has suggested that the new competition will overhaul boxing and have their own world titles, and Hearn is optimistic about the move despite disagreeing with his fellow promoter's claims.
The Matchroom boss told BBC Radio 5 Live's Boxing with Steve Bunce podcast: "I think it's great for boxing.
"One thing I disagree with, is boxing's not broken.
"Boxing is in a great place, it always has been. There's always ways we can improve it, but the fact those guys want to come into boxing shows where it's at."
