Case manufacturer Spigen prematurely posted an image of its clear cover for the device, which confirms previous rumours that the next iPhone SE will sport the same OLED display from the 2022 iPhone 14 - complete with a notch rather than the Dynamic Island seen on the iPhone 15 and 16 models.
While the fourth generation SE will gain Face ID for the first time as a result of the notch, this will mean Apple will be finally moving away from Touch ID in the iPhone, which has been present in the line-up since 2013ās iPhone 5S.
As well as the screen, the Spigen photo revealed the SE 4 will also have the Action Button - which was introduced with 2023ās iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max - as well as a single rear camera, which is rumoured to be the same 48-megapixel wide shooter seen on the iPhone 16 line-up.
Although the pictures didnāt confirm the port the SE 4 will have, the phone will most likely come with a USB-C connector instead of the proprietary Apple Lightning port.
Bloomberg leaker Mark Gurman recently said the new Apple device was ācoming this weekā, with previous reports claiming the phone will launch with a price tag of between $459 and $499.
