Alexandra Palace fireworks festival welcomes innovative drone show

Alexandra Palace’s famous fireworks festival will feature an innovative drone show for the first time ever.

The iconic London venue’s annual display takes place on Friday (01.11.24) and Saturday (02.11.24) and ahead of the fireworks – which will be soundtracked by a specially-curated playlist – spectators will be wowed as Illuminated drones dance across the darkness in a first for the event.

And the display isn’t the only fun on offer during the evenings, as big top Café De Pally will incorporate live music and singalongs, aided by a choir and a brass band, while the StrEATlife Festival Village will offer street food, cocktails and craft beers, alongside entertainment from the Cuban Brothers and Artful Dodger, who will appear on the Friday and Saturday respectively.

Oompah bands, live music and plenty of lederhosen can be found in the Great Hall, where the UK’s largest German bier festival will be taking place once again.

Definitely Mightbe, an Oasis tribute act, will provide the entertainment there on night one, and Abba Revival will take to the stage on the second night.

That’s not all, as the grounds of the park will also play host to a bonfire, fairground rides and other entertainment, and the ice rink is open at various times, including for an ice disco.
