The European country's Federal Statistical Office - also known as Destatis - has released new figures which shows tourism this year has beaten the previous record set in 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the authority, around 433 million overnight stays were recording in the country between January and the end of October.
In August alone - which is the most popular month for European tourism - that figure is at 59 million, an increase from 2019's record of 58.8 million, and 3.3 percent more than the same month in 2023.
Rising costs in Germany don't seem to have deterred visitors, although the impact of the national economy could mean that more German residents are holidaying at home instead of travelling abroad.
The amount of Germans exploring their own country combined with foreign visitors have likely combined for the resulting growth.
The numbers are expected to stay strong for the rest of the year, particularly with Germany's Christmas markets being a huge attraction over the festive season.
