A number of rides are already shut at the Florida attraction and three more will be added to the list this month as they undergo maintenance.
The Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, known as the 'Wildest Ride in the Wilderness', closed earlier this week and will be shut for at least a year as a "little bit of new magic" is added to the popular Magic Kingdom ride. It will open once more at some point in 2026.
Meanwhile, the three Caballeros will be saying goodbye temporarily as the Gran Fiesta Tour will be closed until March for maintenance work.
Elsewhere, the Kali River Rapids will close for its yearly refurbishment as temperatures are too cold for water rides. A reopening date is yet to be confirmed.
Meanwhile, it was revealed last month that the popular animated dog Bluey would be coming to Disney World in 2025.
Bluey's addition to the Disney theme parks comes as the company expands its partnership with BBC Studios - the commercial arm of the broadcaster that distributes the Australian animated series - and the programme's producers Ludo Studio.
The deal is unusual as Disney uses theme parks and cruise ships to highlight its own intellectual property rather than third-party characters.
Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D'Amaro said in a statement: "Bluey has become a household name for families around the world and we are thrilled to bring her story to life in new ways.
"We can't wait to watch our youngest guests and their families make memories with 'Bluey' in our parks and on our cruises."
